Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 60 Vieilles Vignes
This product is currently sold out.
Origin: Cornas, Rhone, France
It is made for 3 months in vats then 1 year in barrels of 2 to 8 years (No new barrels, to respect the flavors of the terroir). This wine is a great Cornas combining power and finesse.
On the nose, aromas of violet, cherry, blackberry, liquorice stand out.
On the palate, spices and notes of black fruit jam flatter the taste buds of experienced tasters. There is a great concentration with, despite everything, silky tannins. Very long in the mouth.
This cuvée is intended for laying down. I recommend waiting 4 or 5 years before opening the first bottles.
The best period is from 6 to 15 years, and the maximum guard about 20 years.
