Varietal : Macabeu
Producer's notes:
Integrated carbonic, creamy, with notes of white fruit and Mediterranean herbs.
What we say:
Crafted from Macabeu grapes grown in the heritage vineyards of Penedès and made in the spontaneous, minimally-intervened Mètode Ancestral, this bottling from Vinícola Nul·les exemplifies easygoing Catalan elegance. With only a slight, natural spritz and the freshness of low-intervention winemaking, it’s sparkling, textural, and delightfully unpredictable.
On the nose, you’ll find aromas of pear skin, white peach, ripe apple, citrus blossom and a hint of dried herbs. The palate offers lively, soft bubbles, bright acidity, and flavours of orchard fruit, almond skin, and a whisper of saline minerality. Dry-ish, gently savoury and perfectly made for sipping with friends.
Grape variety: Macabeu
