From the historic cooperative-turned-artisan winery Vinícola Nulles (also known by their Adernats label), Parabòlic is a fresh take on Tarragona reds, blending varietals with simplicity, local character and everyday drinkability. Sourced from old vines in the vineyards around Nulles, it showcases the region’s Mediterranean climate with cool influences and expressive fruit.
On the nose you’ll find aromas of wild cherry, raspberry, dark plum, hints of Mediterranean herbs and a touch of spice. The palate is medium-bodied, smooth, with soft tannins, juicy dark fruit, balanced acidity, and a gently savoury finish that ties it back to its terroir.
