A beautifully precise and delicately structured sparkling Riesling from one of the Mosel’s most admired boutique producers, this Brut Nature Sekt shows Weiser-Künstler’s trademark finesse in sparkling form. Crafted without dosage, it highlights purity, minerality, and the crystalline acidity that defines top Mosel Riesling.

The nose is lifted and expressive, with notes of green apple, lime zest, white peach, and flint, along with subtle brioche from extended lees ageing. On the palate, it’s razor-clean and elegantly dry - light-bodied yet energetic, driven by fine bubbles, taut acidity, and a long, saline, mineral finish. The absence of residual sugar allows the vineyard character to shine through with exceptional clarity.

The 2022 Riesling Brut Nature was made from fruit picked in the Trarbacher Schlossberg and was left on its lees for 24 months before being disgorged without added sulfur in April 2025 (the disgorgement date is not provided on the label). It offers a beautiful but still backward nose made of fern, hay, citrus, bergamot, tea, and smoke. The wine proves beautifully precise and engaging on the palate, where the active mousse adds a joyful side. The finish is dry, herbal, and spicy, and extremely rewarding.
