For me the Gaispfad Kabinett Trocken always tastes like iron and thyme with nearly no fruit to speak of. Made from 90-year-old, ungrafted vines, in 2024 because of the difficulties, only 500L were made. A wine that is more to be experienced than described—intense structure and yet evaporative and completely seamless. This is plain and simple a wine for the absolute mineral freaks."
