Producer's Notes: 

Southern Hills Cabernet Sauvignon welcomes you with aromatics of warm baking spices. On the palate this wine delivers ripe blackberry and fig with round, smooth tannins. Pairs well with: beef, cheese, pork.

What we say:

A vibrant Cabernet Sauvignon with classic Californian ripeness and a layered palate. Expect aromas of blackberry, cassis and black cherry woven with subtle oak nuances of cocoa, spice and vanilla. On the palate this wine feels balanced yet bold, with juicy dark-fruit flavours carried by rounded tannins and a smooth, lingering finish. The blend often includes small amounts of Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot and other complementary varieties for added depth and complexity.
