Alain Graillot “La Guiraude” Crozes-Hermitage 2013 – Northern Rhône, France
A special cuvée drawn from the estate’s best barrels, La Guiraude represents Alain Graillot at his most focused and expressive. The 2013 vintage has settled beautifully, offering lifted aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, olive tapenade and cracked pepper, framed by hints of smoked meat and savoury herbs.
The palate is refined and mature, with silky tannins, bright acidity and a gently earthy finish that shows both depth and finesse. This is classic Northern Rhône Syrah: aromatic, savoury, and full of character. This is fine wine to enjoy right now at a great price-to-quality ratio.
