Natural wines are made thoughtfully with limitations to respect the environment. They should come from hand-picked organically farmed grapes, fermented with the yeasts in the winery and vineyard, and not be fined or filtered. Some producers will choose to use small amounts of sulphur to protect the wines and some will choose to abstain completely. As there is no official certification body for this category, we trust the winemakers and importers we work with to produce honest wines, regardless of the certifications you might find on the bottles.
