THE WINE The vessel commissioning is done by gravity with a light pressing. Négrette is vinified traditionally for about 2 weeks. The vinification is done in open tanks of small capacity, allowing better control of temperatures (25-28 °). Ageing lasts 8 months to 10 months in barrels of 20 hl. THE TASTING With its burlat and brilliant color, this wine has a nose of black cherries and delicate flowers.
