Producer's Notes: 100% Savagnin. Aged 4 years in old barrels with a veil of yeast on the surface of the wine. Full bodied with finesse. It should be opened 3 or 4 hours before tasting at a temperature between 60 and 65°. Perfect with seafood.
This is a rich, full-bodied and oxidative wine that has a similar character to a fortified wine, such as a dry sherry. Intense and delicious!
