Delicate aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and blood orange are joined by rose petals, white peach and fragrant Mediterranean herbs. Produced from organically farmed vineyards around Calce, the wine is crafted from a blend of Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre and Carignan, with each variety contributing freshness, structure and aromatic complexity. Jean-Philippe Padié harvests by hand and ferments with indigenous yeasts before ageing the wine primarily in concrete and neutral vessels, preserving purity and the natural expression of the fruit. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with only minimal sulphur, it is a vibrant reflection of both the rugged Roussillon landscape and Padié's thoughtful, low-intervention approach to winemaking.
