On the palate it’s lightly grippy and refreshing, showing apple skin, pear and a touch of savoury bitterness that keeps things lively. Naturally-made and bottled with minimal intervention, it feels alive and energetic, finishing clean and dry with just enough texture to make it food-friendly.
