Producer's notes: We work with sustainably cultivated, dry-farmed bush vines in traditional mountain vineyards. Our wines are crafted in small quantities and aged in historic caves. Saint Frontonio, a martyr whose decapitated head was found going upriver, symbolises our spirit of swimming against the tide.

The freshness of the Garnacha to its full extent. Growing at 1030 meters height provides the grapes with its herbal and floral aromas, its delicacy and consistency. A wine with a silky and energic texture. Long, complex and smooth.
