A vibrant, cool-climate expression of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir, bringing together fruit from multiple high-elevation vineyards rather than focusing on a single site. The result is a wine that combines bright red fruit and floral aromatics with earthy, herbal complexity and fine tannins.

A Pinot Noir built around purity, freshness, and drinkability, with enough spice, earthy complexity, and fine tannic structure to make it far more interesting than a straightforward, fruit-driven Pinot.
The grapes come from a broad selection of Adelaide Hills sites, including Monomeith, Uraidla, Piccadilly, Summertown, Little Creek, Basket Range, Scary Gully and Charleston. Most of the fruit undergoes open-top fermentation for around three weeks, with approximately 20% whole clusters included. A smaller portion is fermented entirely as whole bunches with a shorter maceration. The wine then spends approximately eight months in French oak barriques and puncheons, with about 15% new oak in the 2025 vintage.
