Producer's notes: Made from one vineyard over fifty years old, a picky vineyard, strong and complex that I am still trying to get to know. The goal is to bottle a wine with more and more definition and cleanliness.
Maceration for 25 to 50 days at controlled temperatures at times with submerged cap. 100% in big Austrian barrels, sometimes also in terracotta. Bottled after 12-14 months.
