Producer's Notes:

The wine is aged for 2 months in large Austrian oak casks and another 2 months in Steel. No fining or filtering.

NU combines all of the qualities of the different wines produced. This is the quintessential “table wine” as intended for daily, casual enjoyment: juicy, honest, direct and loaded with crunchy berry aromas and delicious dry, fruity finish.

From rising star winemaker Gian Luca Colombo in the Langhe, this “NU” Rosso is a bold yet elegant red designed for everyday pleasure with real craft behind it. A blend of Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir, it’s vinified with minimal intervention and briefly aged to retain vibrancy, structure and authenticity.
On the nose, you’ll find fresh red-berry fruit, sour cherry and raspberry, with hints of rose petal and gentle spice. The palate is smooth and agile, medium-bodied with soft tannins, juicy fruit, a touch of chalky minerality and a finish that feels open, lively and ready now.
