Artisans Partisans is located in the South of France, in the heart of the Cru Boutenac. Their history is rooted in the Bories family heritage and Château Ollieux Romanis. Artisans Partisans gathers 4 organically farmed estates, between Corbières and Limoux appellations. Their wines underline the ambition of modernity, creativity & winemaking experience. The wines are 100% organic and vinified with indigenous yeast without sulphites. Their core values are. respect for nature, sustainability of the vineyard, biodiversity and agroforestry.

One hundred percent Cinsault from red sandstone soils, this organic certified wine come from 10-year-old vines. It is made with indigenous yeasts and no added sulphur, and does not see oak. Luminous cherry/magenta in colour, this is buoyant stuff, reminiscent of Beaujolais perhaps with some floral and rose notes over cherry and watercolour paintbox aromas. Beautifully bright and fresh fruit, overflowing with vivid cherry and juicy plum, a nice depth of tannin and refreshing core of acidity to balance. Delightful little wine.

Light, bright and brimming with character, Toujours offers a beautifully honest expression of Cinsault from long-tended vineyards in Languedoc. Expect aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, violets and a touch of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it’s light-to-medium bodied with fine, silky tannins, juicy red fruit and a fresh, mineral-laced finish that lingers with subtle savoury notes. Easygoing yet expressive, this is a lovely everyday wine - perfect chilled slightly, or served with a relaxed meal.
