Farmed organically on limestone and clay soils and made with minimal intervention, this is a wine that captures both the delicacy and the quiet depth that Gamay can offer in Touraine’s cooler climate.

The nose is bright and perfumed, delivering red cherry, cranberry, and wild strawberry alongside subtle floral notes and a touch of pepper. On the palate, it’s supple and energetic - light to medium bodied with gentle tannins, juicy acidity, and a faint earthy-mineral thread that adds lovely complexity. The finish is clean, lifted, and quietly persistent.
