Premier Nez is Marie Thibault’s flagship Chenin Blanc, sourced from 40-year-old vines rooted in the limestone-rich hillsides of Touraine. These mature vines give the wine its quiet intensity and remarkable sense of place, while Thibault’s gentle, low-intervention approach lets the fruit speak clearly.

Aromas are bright yet layered: lemon peel, pear, and white flowers mingle with hints of quince, fennel seed, and a subtle mineral smokiness. On the palate, the wine shows both drive and finesse - lively acidity cuts through a textured core of orchard fruit, with just a touch of savoury complexity from extended ageing in large, neutral barrels. The finish is long, clean, and beautifully focused.
