From the rising-star estate NOAH in Alto Piemonte, this Bramaterra showcases Nebbiolo in a cooler, more mineral-driven register than its Langhe counterparts. Sourced from volcanic soils rich in porphyry and iron and made in a natural fashion, the wine opens with lifted aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and rose petal, layered with notes of spice, dried herbs and a subtle, smoky mineral edge.

On the palate, it’s finely structured and beautifully tense - bright acidity, firm but elegant tannins and a long, savoury finish that speaks clearly of its northern terroir. This is Nebbiolo with incredible purity and precision, offering a compelling mix of delicacy and depth.
