The best versions of the grape have a nose of fresh sea spray, lime zest, and perfectly ripe summer melons with tension and minerality akin to great Chablis. This wine is an incredible textural experience like biting into that perfect summer melon and picnicking by the ocean while fresh grilled fish tacos with lime spritzed over the top awaits. I cannot think of a grape that epitomizes Spring and Summer more than Vermentino.

A bright, coastal-inspired naturally-made Vermentino that leans into freshness, salinity and pure citrus-driven lift. Aromas of lemon zest, white peach and crushed herbs open into a lively palate that feels both zippy and textural. A gentle saline note runs through the wine, giving it a Mediterranean feel, while the finish is clean, mouthwatering and lightly herbal. Refreshing without being simple, and quietly complex without ever feeling heavy.
