Organic wines are produced without synthetic chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. The producers who make them are conscious of the impact of these chemicals on their vineyards and they seek certification from the many national and international boards to prove it. You'll find organic certifications on the labels of these wines, except in rare cases where we independently confirm a winery's credentials even without certification.
